The entire screen feels like opening a worn wooden seed box, with slatted compartments holding your garden plans. Add a new seed start by filling out a blank illustrated packet with the plant name, sowing date, current growth stage, and any personal notes. Your collection lives in the My Seeds tab, where every entry appears as a vintage botanical seed packet complete with vegetable and herb illustrations. A simple search bar lets you quickly find a specific variety among your basil, tomatoes, or marigolds. The Dashboard gives you an at-a-glance view with two hand-painted terracotta pots showing your total sown and sprouted counts, plus the three most recent seed packets resting on a wooden shelf. Switch over to the Status Board to see your starts arranged across three woven wicker lanes labeled Sown, Sprouted, and Transplanted. Moving a packet forward is as satisfying as lifting it into a new basket, and a subtle card-flip animation marks each progression. Packets that have sprouted display a tiny gold foil dot pressed into the corner, while transplanted ones show a miniature paperclip and pretend garden label. Every record stays private and secure on your device with local storage, so you do not need an account or internet connection to use the app. Editing a sowing date or adding a quick note about your soil mix happens directly on the packet card without navigating through clutter. A considerate confirmation dialog protects your log before any deletion, preventing accidental loss of a cherished seedling entry.
