I love my new label maker! It works brilliantly! For anyone having issues with giving the app information, perhaps you're operating with the goal of saving your labels? I gave the app no information at all, except access to nearby devices so the label reaches the printer, and I've been printing labels with no problem. I'm not trying to save my labels, though. Maybe uninstall and try again? I just skipped anything I didn't want to answer and went straight to printing.

Disappointing, the template stickers are ok, but as soon as I try to create personal stickers. I've reinstalled the app three times but it doesnt help!

Can't understand why my gift ...this xeasy thermal label printer won't connect to my andriod phone, when the device name shows up. All it does is loading & then nothing. Won't print NO label I have created.Have had this a year now, tried repeatedly through the year to use it, & STILL haven't gotten to use it the 1st time..yet!!! Like one lady here on reviews said, "Just a paper weight!!! ", "USELESS"
