With the Landal app, you can make the most of your stay! Discover our parks and activities, as well as all local tips. Add multiple reservations and go through the steps to make your vacation even more pleasant. Download the app now and enjoy a stress-free stay. Our staff is prepared for you!

START

Our new start screen serves as the starting point for both the preparation for your stay and the actual stay. All important information about your park, from all facilities to an overview of your accommodations, can be found here. It is impossible to get lost in the park with our map. For all inquiries, please contact our park reception.

PARK

Take a look around the park of your choice. Discover what activities are available at the park and explore the surrounding area. Simply reserve a table at the restaurant or order sandwiches for the following morning.

RESERVATIONS

View all of your reservation's information in one place. Here you can see the booked accommodation, including everything that is present in your accommodation, which is very convenient! Simply use the app to add your remaining payment to your travel group. Using our simple booking overview, you can count down the days until your next stay.

PROFILE

In our new profile center, you can easily manage your preferences. You can change your password and select your desired language here. If you have any suggestions for us, please leave them in the feedback section. We make certain that the app continues to improve.

Ratings and reviews

Basically an annoying way of presenting hyperlinks that you're forced to get because the park is too greedy to keep paper & people. Terrible idea with a worse execution.

When reviewing the app in the app ("how satisfied are you with our app), the send-button disappears when giving a negative review. It's very hard to create an account. It just gives an "something went wrong" error, until you randomly receive an activation code in your email. Then that code didn't work, and after trying 4 more codes, it stopped sending emails all together. Waited 30 mins, and spammed the re-send button out of frustration. I got 1, just 1, email, and that code finally worked.

utter rubbish. never showed my booking info chased the customer care 5 times and still nothing. waste of memory for your phone.

What’s new
