Ratings and reviews

The app was working great until the latest update. (I would have given it 5 stars for convenience, accuracy, security, etc., but now I can't.) Whatever was done in the Nov update has caused a glitch, because at least 3 other users with the app have had this same issue. When opening the app a pop up text box states "An error has occurred. Please, contact us." Sometimes if you click "OK" & wait about 15 seconds the app loads & functions as usual. However, sometimes it does not & never loads.

This app has been quick and convenient for all of my banking needs. Everything is presented in an easy to read format and is easily navigated.

Keeps telling me to get assistance and won't allow me to proceed. App is bugged.
