Ratings and reviews

I’m experiencing a problem with Langaroo when using Touch mobile data in Lebanon. I tested Langaroo on Samsung phones using two different Touch SIM cards, and the Pincast feature does not work properly, and I’m also unable to upload photos and videos. However, when I tested Langaroo using an Alfa SIM card, the photo upload worked successfully. This makes me think there may be a compatibility, connection, routing, or server-side issue between Langaroo and the Touch network.

Awesome way to communicate with different people around the world. I love the simple and immediate translation for chats, video calls, and audio calls. I love being able to have a seamless conversation in real time. Language barriers are broken using this app. Overall, super convenient for anyone that speaks a different language and would also, love to communicate without it hindering you and the ability to socialize.

Langaroo has an amazing selection of languages to translate with, even languages that are long gone, yet still used today for research or study. Not even Google Translate has half of the languages available on this app. With what I said, you'd be thinking I'd give a 5 star rating but, customer service and followup on how well the app functions hasn't been up to par with most application standards. The customer care is difficult to access.
