Ratings and reviews

When transcribing, the AI cannot discern pauses and places a period as if the sentence is complete. It needs to be able to actively/retroactively correct grammer. Furthermore, the price is too steep at $109.00 per year and cannot be warranted if the user has to rewrite everything anyway. The one thing that got me to try this app is that the option to delete data is available as privacy is becoming more important in the age of data. Correct these issues and you have a very descent app.

It seems like a great app if you have pro. I downloaded it quickly in hopes of getting a voice to text on an interview for a paper. I didn't realize the free version only transcribes for a couple of minutes, then it's just audio. Unfortunately, the free version won't even let you take the audio file out without pro. That was a hassle. Free version is really not great, but I'm sure the pro version is a lot better. There may be better services for cheaper out there.

The app may be okay but the software and the so called AI medical transcription feature is terrible and dysfunctional. If you are a medical professional like me, avoid if you intend to use it for work related issues. I already paid for the app for the entire year as the trial gives you only 5 mins. I would strongly urge people to avoid at least for healthcare related purposes. The features are too rustic to be useful at all.
