used this app for years.i love LCFU as my bank but my goodness the amount of trouble I often have with this app is sad. It crashes often and when i really need it not to.

I need to see a detailed of pending transactions not just an amount of what's pending. That would help a lot. Also on the loans it's missing the due dates the payments are due. It use to be on there. Sometimes the app closes when you're tryna get into it so I have to log in several times.

Not working with Galaxy S25 Ultra.... What kind of company in 2025 does not make an app with secuirty features to include face id? WOW, just WOW! While finger print is working after over year? Idk, was never made aware. Just happen to look at settings. And try it. Still other issues with app... overall, would not recommend Credit Union because of this and lack of responsiveness to customer concerns.
