I have a card that was previously linked to my Google account and a merchant's PayPal account. They charge $1 to "link" a card to a new platform and $0.40 as decline fees every time your card declines. My problem here is that I was charged $1 twice for a card that was linked to both Google and PayPal already. After less than a month they still charged me $1 for using these two platforms again. And since I didn't expect it I was charged $0.40 x 2 in decline fees for it. Support stopped replying.

whatever you do in your life, don't ever make the mistake of using this app. It's the most terrible payment app I've ever used. they are at best self-centered and at worst grifters. Their charges are ridiculous. You get charged even for a failed transaction. You pay $1 to activate the card, and a minimum of $1 must remain untouched forever even if you want to close the account Plus monthly card maintenance fee among other charges. Avoid! Avoid!! Avoid!!!

They have one of the worst customer service experience. Imagine requesting a payout to your bank, did not receive it, and they would not sort this out. It has taken more than two weeks but still no response. All they keep saying is "we are on it" Terrible!!!
