The Long Angels app provides disability support workers (staff) with the ability to manage:
- Shifts: Track when, where, and for whom they are providing services.
- Timesheets: Review and submit their work reports.
- Leave Requests: Submit leave requests so shifts can be covered by other staff.
- Notifications: Communicate with clients or other workers.

The Long Angels app also helps disability participants (clients) by allowing them to:
- Shifts: Keep track of who is coming and when.
- Leave Requests: Inform staff when they will not be home.
- Notifications: Communicate with support staff.
