Meet the 2ULaundry app! How it Works:

1. Schedule a recurring or one-time pickup from your phone or computer through your online account, text message, phone call, or the 2ULaundry app. No subscriptions necessary!

2. The night before (and morning of) pickup day, we’ll send you a reminder to load up your bags and leave them out for pickup by 8:00 am. One of our drivers will swing by between 8:30 am - 12:30 pm.

3. Breathe easy and know your clothes are in great hands! We’ll return your clothes clean in 1 business day between 2:30 pm - 6:30 pm. We’ll even let you know when our driver is close to your delivery location.

Ratings and reviews

The app crashes whenever I try to update my card. The service is okay - the clothes get beat way more than they do with competing services and I finally threw the pink bag away after accidentally using it twice (wth wants their clothes returned wet). Update: the "chat" button doesn't work in the app and I just got back a 10 year old boys clothes that aren't mine and I've given up on how to contact 2ulaundry. Horrible service.

Terrible. Took my clothes. Said they were washing them. Came back dirty. Felt like I was scammed. Sad because I thought it would be a great experience. I'd give zero stars if possible. I was in training to become a flight attendant in a different city (Charlotte) and they really messed up my clothes for the week. Had to pay them for absolutely nothing and had the hotel dryclean everything for 220$...good times

I will be looking for another service. This is NOT an improvement. I received my clothing at my office past 7:30 pm last night. It is not acceptable for my clothes to be out all night. Also, the wait times for pickup are crazy. I hate it that I can't do anything on my computer. It keeps saying that I have to install an app and it won't install on my computer. What a downward spiral! This place will be out of business soon.

Fixed some bugs to do with default addresses that were causing the app to crash.
