What a rip off. App creator needs to put at top that if put in your money you can only use it in that specific location. I travel for work thousands of miles apart so convenience would have been good to not have to be carrying coins. I just realized I can't use my balance from another location at location I am at right now. I shouldn't have to go to location to request for my money back. I paid the LaundryPay app. I need a refund of my balance.

Ok app. Location services on your device has to be on all the time to use App, instead of just putting in a location number which is more useful. People do not want to be tracked to use a service. This needs to be turned off. The app does not show what machines you have previously used after you finished using them, so you can't track purchases by app or loyalty points & you cant view used loyalty points. Fix these items for a better rating. Dryers not as efficient, so you use money.

I am mostly satisfied with this app. My only issue is all of a sudden, the app does not have the numbers of the washers/dryers organized. It jumbles them in mixed order, making finding a unit on the list difficult. If you can direct me towards how to fix this issue, I will increase my rating to 5 stars. Thank you for making the app so easy to use!
