worked when I first got it and I was excited to use it. But sadly its junk. I always just get error messages that it cant establish an encrypted channel. And then you just get the spinning wheel of death (which means please continue to wait while the app does nothing to resolve the issue. I reached out multiple times to customer service but they are useless. They just tell you to restart your device, re-download the app, and clear your cache. They won't tech support to fix the constant issues.

very slow, this app used to be better a few years ago. They push ads constantly in the app, but why would anybody pay extra for more services when it has major trouble and struggles with the bare minimum? the device would be decent, if I could just use it. But the app gets in the way. I won't buy another device that depends 100% on an app to operate. App issues often make device useless.

when we first started using the app a couple of years ago, it worked fairly well. but recently, it's gotten so bad that we are unable to view the playback for more than a few seconds without it freezing or telling us failed connection please retry. There are also gaps in the recordings where the cameras failed to record. This app has become extremely unreliable and glitchy.
