The app won't let me log in. It keeps giving me an error message that the password is incorrect. It's not because I literally copy and pasted it from my password manager and the same copy and paste allowed me to log on to the website version. When I try to reset the password via app they never send the email. They don't allow you to contact support via the site, only the app, and since the app isn't working I can't report that my service was never completed, though I was charged. RIP OFF!

The app won't let me log in. It keeps giving me an error message that the password is incorrect. It's not because it auto filled. When I try to reset the password via app the same thing happens. It let's you reset it but then when you go to do it it says you have to reset your password or it just circles back to the enter user name. It allow you to contact support ia the site, only the app, and since the app isn't working I can't report that my service was never completed, though was charged.

Best decision I've made. It's easy to just click & schedule service for my yard. No hassle. Love it. I can talk to my landscaper via the inbox in the app once they pick up the job. Usually, it's a quick response once you let the service know what you want. The price is pretty reasonable. It's literally an order service of anything for your yard. Plus, if you're not home, they send you pics once the job is done. At least the one I'm currently using did. You can request new companies on spot too
