I give this app a 1 star simply because there are lots of things that need to develop. The phone number should always show beside the costumer' profile for easy access when you're about to get the number of the customer. Second, the Search tab only works for names. It doesn't support the location. It sucks and very disappointed for a well-known online shopping app with a worst logistic app. I swear. Third, the notification bell. I hope it will notify all the customers in one click. Thank you.

Harmful to user. App forces delivery person to send packages to people that won't pay, while not providing option to report said buyer. End result, delivery guy has to pay instead. They also dont provide option to select all packages then notify all of recipients in one click. Meaning currently you have to notify one by one, which is a big waste of time. This app also can't handle multiple users at the same time, not letting many people send item to multiple places at the same time. 👎👎👎👎

App is good but the process when unloading at MSC is really bad. They treat byaheros like us as 2nd class citizens. they pay a minimum amount for unlimited pick up and drop off. They have cut offs too. If you arrive past ten pm, your paper will be on hold and you will unload at around 2am. 2nd trip? Not paid. There are no avenues to call them out except this review about the app. We are helpless....
