cannot book app wont let me input the province and municipality. nothing happens when clicking the boxes cannot type or input fix your app and test it first that its actually working. old app was better at least the buttons and input field textboxes work.

I am pleased to share that the app is now working very well. I would like to kindly suggest adding a feature where senders can clearly see the total cost of extra services such as additional bubble wrap, fragile stickers, and other related fees. This way, as a sender, I will be able to inform the receiver of the exact total amount to be paid, ensuring clarity and avoiding any confusion regarding the full cost. Thank you!

Awful. There's always something wrong with the app. The user interface has a lot of problems. When trying to book for a rider pickup, sometimes the dates on the calendar get cropped out, especially later in the month. When entering receiver info, I'm never prompted to choose between rider deliver or branch pickup, it defaults to branch pick up. There have been many occasions that I have filled in an address for me to reenter it again because I did not select rider drop-off.
