I can't log into my account with this upgrade that they did. I don't know my current status and when you call they have nit so great customer service. My payments are higher even though they say it got lowered. All around not pleased. I would not recommend. Fix the app and treat your customers right.

The app says it needs to update, but this is a fake notification, because the app opens for a few seconds before the update notice pops up. Very suss. This app has been in update mode for several weeks now. Of course the max APR for loans done through the mobile app is listed as 35.99%, and anyone who has been sadly desperate enough to accept "help" from this company knows the interest rate charged is waaayyyy more than that. More like 350% and UP. I think we know why the app doesn't work.

applied for a loan and was approved. verified job.. identity.. checking account and I was good to go. but was placed on hold to sign documents and then he return to the phone and said. oh sorry you was not approved. something weird about that. I would have know if I was approved or not from the beginning. instead you drag me through all the other steps as far as going over my loan paperwork that I was supposedly had been approved for. this company is a SCAM!!!
