Ratings and reviews

Easy to use and great usability features! I like being able to set custom notifications. My only issue is, it says you should be able to use Zelle, however the instructions on the Lead Bank site do not match the options available on the app, or even on the website.

Only thing bad is the password reset system. It's extremely secure, but the user must jump through extra extra hurdles. Still better than not secure enough.

App is great for me since I am always on the go. You can block your cards in case you ever lose them or they get stolen and you can transfer between your accounts, which is super convenient.
