🛠️ Build and organize your library
Create custom inhale, hold, and exhale patterns. Filter the Presets by All, Free, Premium, or My Presets. Free patterns are capped, but for the price of a coffee the Premium features raise your bar. Premium raises the cap to 20 and also unlocks the custom Cycles allowing Power Users to hit 50 cycles per session.
📊 Progress tab
Track total sessions, total practice time, current and best streaks, and best Capacity Test. A practice-time chart summarizes time by day, week, month, or year. Completed rhythm sessions update totals and the calendar; the Capacity Test is tracked separately.
🎨 Personalization
In the Settings you can choose notification times, choose system themes, access all the Guides, and more. During a session you can increase/decrease the breathing tone to suit your environment.
