I do like the app. It has a great delivery with interesting and engaging information. The problem is that whenever I choose to watch an ad to unlock a heart, I get an error message. This really takes me out of the moment and loses immersion. Since I don't have the money to spend on the premium version, I'll have to wait another hour to get another heart. I'll adjust my rating if that problem gets fixed.

Fantastic app idea, a little buggy but I'm sure that'll get cleaned up over time. I bought a sub to unlock the new stories early and forego ads. Some of the AI stuff gets a little old and looks weird (would be nice if they edited it a bit more instead of just putting it out there bugs and all) but overall the stories and narration are top notch and bring fresh perspectives to well known figures.

I don't make app reviews very often, but this is genuinely one of the most upsetting apps I've seen in a long time. Generic AI slop art, generic AI voiceover, and sparsely informed stories with outdated slang thrown in. You can get the same content for free from any history YouTuber. Edit after 3ish days of use to make sure: I did the full first chapter in the 100 Years War story without any issues other than the above, and then the voiceover started bugging out and skipping sections.
