Integrated Legal Aid Reporting System is developed by the Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, Government of Nepal, with technical support from UNDP. Taking into consideration the implementation of the Integrated Legal Aid Policy. The policy was adopted by the Government of Nepal in 2020 to integrate all types of legal aid service provision, scaling up the quality and standard of legal aid service provision in a holistic manner.
By integrating different legal aid service providers, the integrated legal aid reporting system application helps the public gain access to judicial services through self-case registration and case management. With the supply of pertinent, accurate, and up-to-date data and information at all levels, the system supports the improvement of decision-making processes, provides better-level reports of legal aid service providers, and enhances transparency, accountability, and inclusivity. Only Nepali citizens and service providers registered in Nepal are covered by this application.
