This app is designed to work with Lennox iComfort Wi-Fi Thermostat.

Control the temperature at home using the intuitive temperature dials from anywhere in the world: on the beach, on the slopes, or even from the couch. Already in bed, but want to adjust the temperature? No problem! The Lennox iComfort Wi-Fi app is there to adjust your home’s comfort without requiring you to leave that comfy bed.

Leave the house and forget to dial back the thermostat? Simply start the app and use the one- touch away mode to save energy the entire time you are gone. Cancel the away mode before you get back to return to a perfectly comfortable home.

You must own a Lennox iComfort Wi-Fi® thermostat to use the app. The Lennox iComfort Wi-Fi thermostat must also be connected to your home’s Wi-Fi router before the app can control the settings. 2021 Unreliable. I can turn off heating on the app and find out the next day that heating ran all night. I have to open and close the app a couple of times because it shows the wrong status. After making a change on the app, I close and open it to make sure the change took. The app shows that I made the change but the system may not register it. This issue has been going on for years. It continues after replacing a failed controller. 2025 same issues. Down to 1 star from 2.

This app on my iPad and Galaxy will not get into the start screen. There seems to be a DNS issue to the Lennox server. I will update when resolved by the development team Update: app is working on 4/28/24. It may have been system maintenance. It would be nice if the app, instead of hanging, reports that the system is down due to maintenance. Alternatively, this could have been an actual outage that was eventually remediated.

I agree with most of the posts, but at least mine is working. I also have the issue of having to shut down or wait for quite a while for temps shown to be accurate. Also, like others, it takes a couple tries to actually change temp. Sometimes doesn’t register and then I find out it never changed at all. Would also like to see more options in the app; programming, timer, etc. I too am disappointed that there are no updates since 2020, thought maybe that was my issue.
