‼️ DON'T RETURN TAGS ‼️ The official app (iTagPro/iSearching) is terrible, but the hardware (the tags) still work with different software. Skip this app entirely and download "My iTags" for Android instead. It is in full English, pairs instantly with iTagPro tags, and actually works without bugs. Super easy to use, customizable, programmable, Bluetooth, GPS, and didn't give false alarms. Download the 5 ⭐ "My iTags" app from the Play Store to fix. Good luck all.

The device to be used with this app is not a GPS tracker. It only pairs to your phone via Bluetooth. If either device is out of bluetooth range they will both alarm. The app does not show where the tracker is, it only shows the location of the phone. The app map has a list of instances where the devices were out of range of each other (alarms) but if you click on them the app crashes. So it has some bugs to be worked out yet. (This is on a Samsung Galaxy S23 in conjunction with Google Maps)

It connected & worked just fine, the 1st time.. As soon as it went out of range (me 'test driving' it at home ;)) it stopped seeing the iTags completely. I tried restarting the app, turning both iTags on/off, reconnecting it anew, doing all of the above together and one by one and still no luck. I'll give it a very last try, and reinstall the app, but it's already a major waste of my time. If I didn't really need it meanwhile for my dumb cat, I wouldn't even bother this much for keys or wallet.
