Let’s Get Support is a private daily companion for adults who are carrying a lot — partners, parents, siblings, and friends supporting someone affected by addiction or recovery.
It is not medical care. It does not replace professional help.
It is a quiet place to check in on yourself, keep one personal line, and find support services when you need them.
Your notes stay on this phone.
No account is required for the core tools.
✨ WHAT YOU CAN DO
🌤️ Check in each day — Overwhelmed, Anxious, Neutral, Hopeful, or Grateful
📏 Keep one personal line — and mark if you held it
🌬️ Wind down with a short breathing exercise at night
📓 Journal privately on your device
💭 Journal Prompt — a rotating daily prompt to keep your journal alive
🔋 Burnout Alert — when enabled, automatically alerts you after you’ve logged 3 or more heavy moods in a week. No reminder time to set — it responds to the pattern in your logged check-ins
🧰 Tools for burnout, hard conversations, grief, and supporting kids
📍 Find public support resources for supported communities across Canada and the United States
🗺️ Choose your country, province or state, and city during setup or change your resource area in Settings
🔎 Browse and search the bundled resource directory offline
🩺 In B.C., open Health Connect Registry or call 8-1-1 if you are looking for a family doctor — we do not match you to a clinic
🔔 Optional reminders to support your daily routine
🇨🇦 FIND HELP IN CANADA AND THE UNITED STATES 🇺🇸
Explore community, caregiver, mental-health, addiction, and recovery-support resources for supported areas.
Resource coverage varies by community and category. Categories with limited listings show “More resources coming soon.”
The directory and its search work on your device without an internet connection. Calling, texting, and opening provider websites use external services and may require phone service or internet access.
Hours, eligibility, and availability can change. Confirm current details directly with the service provider.

🔒 PRIVACY
Core entries stay on your device.
The resource directory is bundled in the app.
Your selected resource area is saved locally, and directory searches are processed on your device.
Optional location assistance requests a one-time, low-accuracy location to suggest a nearby supported B.C. resource guide. Accuracy depends on your device and permissions.
Coordinates are not stored or uploaded by the app.
For other Canadian and U.S. areas, choose your location manually — no location permission is required.
Reminders and burnout-pattern checks run on your device. Notification permission is required to receive alerts. Burnout alerts are supportive reminders, not a diagnosis or emergency monitoring service.
Google Play and RevenueCat process the information needed to manage optional subscriptions. Your private journal and check-in content are not sent to them.
Built by 3Dadz in Abbotsford, B.C.
