Basement saver! Great software, works without issue. Only thing I request is to have notification alert for water level going above certain amount without using the float sensor trigger.

ok at water detection, doesn't give water level reading, doesn't tell power usage. decent to make sure garage freezer is shut and running so we don't lose to spoiled

cannot trust it. it consistently goes offline and stays offline I have to uninstall the app and reinstall it just to reset the Wi-Fi connection it is annoying and I no longer trust it to work when I really need it.

Hello, David, When you get a moment can you give our customer service number or email a call. The mobile application and the Wi-Fi connection for your alarm are separate and are not linked. If we can get into the device data, we can find what is causing the offline instances and provide resolution for you.
