After last app update, the graph data closes immediately so you cannot read it. It you try reading it again, it closes again and states clear cache or wait for a big fix.

Sump Alarm has saved my basement from flooding twice this Spring already. I absolutely feel safe going away knowing how reliable this thing is. App works great, it's simple and does what it was designed to do...

Why can't I see the temperature and get notification anymore!

I checked on our end, and one of your Freezer devices is not detecting that a temperature sensor is installed.Can you please verify that the sensor is plugged in 100% correct? If it is, we should see a green LED on both ends of the temperature sensor. Please reach out to customerservice@sumpalarm.com if you are unable to get a temperature reading.
