The Whisker app uses our proprietary WhiskerOS™ software to allow you to remotely monitor and control your WiFi-enabled Whisker device.

• Location Services: Enable during onboarding to help the app find your Wi‑Fi network.

the app is pretty solid. one feature I've been waiting for is a graph that shows my cat's weight over time. when I go to the vet they ask if there has been unexpected weight gain/loss. I can't answer that if I can also see weights for the last week. seeing 4 weight measurements a day is far less useful than seeing my cat's average weight per day /week over the last 6 months/year. for reference, check out how Fitbit, etc shows weight over time. Thanks!

The app absolutely needs to have the ability to reassign weight measurements AND intelligently track based on that. I have three cats. I need to track their usage but I cannot. I have set accurate weights for my cats and the app appears to have correct measurements, but it will not assign them correctly. This is unacceptable for such an expensive device.

Not great. You would think that such an expensive device would have a good software and development team, but no. This is all outsourced somewhere and updates are slow to roll out. Also on the Litter Robot 5, the machine ignores the delay timer and can't tell the difference between a pee and a poo. Lots of work left for Whisker before this can be considered a good product.

What’s new

You can now view insights graphs in your local time instead of UTC, making it easier to understand at a glance. This update also adds language support for more countries, along with bug fixes and general improvements.
