Worked great for my car at the beginning. Was able to sign up and pay for services. Then the app merged with Toyota, and my Lexus RC turned into a RAV4 for a few months. Then it became less responsive for remote access. Takes very long to lock/unlock the doors. And now the GPS tracking no longer tracks the car. It is amazing how an app can get progressively worse after each update (downgrade), when there were nothing wrong with it. Fix your app please.

The app and the layout is great, 2 stars because it will drain your phone battery, I have a Galaxy 22 Ultra, it takes a lot to drain the battery so the app is not optimized very well. I've turned off location access altogether, it will help but then I'm suspecting some features will not work properly, I don't know why it needs to run in the background constantly.

Wasted $80 on remote start. It has never worked because when I try to connect with SOS button, the app is not responsive. When I try to pay my note through the app; it needs a verification code EVERY time. When I swipe down to look at the code in my notifications - the number pad disappears and you can't get it back. And when you call to pay; it asks for your banks routing number EVERY time. Why is it so hard to pay?!?
