LGMV is designed to monitor the status of LG Electronics Air Conditioner products which helps engineers diagnose products and interpret refrigeration cycle.

Through this app, engineers will be able to identify the operation status of the product and provide a solution to the problems.

※ Please note that this app is only for air conditioning service engineers and cannot be used by general users.

1. Monitoring viewer: Display key information of air conditioner

2. Graph: Display pressure and frequency information of air conditioner in graph

3. Indoor unit operation control: Controls the operating mode of indoor units when the module is connected to the outdoor unit.

4. Save data: Save received air conditioner information as file

5. Save Black Box and Test Report: Receives Black Box data and Test operation result from product.

6. Troubleshooting guide: Display error number and supports resolution plan for the error number list in PDF document.

Every new update makes it worse and worse, now it won't connect anymore. Still works on my other phone which i didnt update the app on. No way to rollback to a previous version? Why must it confirm which WiFi I'm using then check the quality of the connection before eventually timing out and throwing an error? i dont care about the quality of the connection, stop checking! just connect! It never used to do this and as i said it doesn't do this on my other phone with the older version.

Doesn't have any options for LG Multi F or Multi F Max units. Can connect to the PLGMVW100 just fine, but doesn't do anything useful for an Multi F unit and the support is non-existent. Update: you can connect to them if you just tell it to use it as a generic unit and you specify how many IDUs you have manually.

This is a good app that works with an excellent service tool. User beware, this is intended for profesionals. Like all tools and platforms, you must be properly educated to use accurately and effectively. Most of the complaints are from individuals who don't understand it. When the app is formatted properly and connected to the LGMV service tool, it is a thorough, real time insight into the specific operating data of your LG Air Conditioning product. Again, for profesionals only.
