I have been using this app now for some time now. Haven't had any problems through all of the updates and upgrades. But now I have started using the Zelle feature embedded in the app, so now I keep getting an error message. I have already emailed and there best suggestion is for me to unstall the app and reinstall. Well that is absolutely not an option. It was working before, so I suggest that you get it fixed.

I get error messages during snap deposit. It says the amount detected does not match what's on the check. I thought there was a fix to this when this time it said submit anyway. When I hit submit anyway, it still did not process >error with the sum not matching. My sum matches everytime and I have plenty to cover what I am depositing. Please fix this. I do like be able to see everything and lock/manage my card, hence the 2 stars. Will update once sum error issue is fixed. Thanks

My fiancée and I switched from BB&T to LGE Credit Union due to some personal issues we had with BB&T. It's been close to 4 months now and we've had no issues at all. Customer service is very helpful and friendly. Us not having much knowledge of the difference between a Bank and Credit Union, they clearly explained it. Any questions we've had we're answered in a timely manner without any follow up questions. I'm definitely loving the mobile app (Android OS) but still figuring it out.
