[LG U+] What is an electronic document service?
This service provides convenience to customers by converting offline documents such as tax invoices, purchase orders, transaction statements, and contracts into electronic documents based on public certificates, thereby reducing business hours and reducing costs. Now you can use the electronic contract and electronic tax invoice functions quickly and easily anytime, anywhere through your PC, smartphone, or tablet PC device.
[How to use the service]
- Existing electronic document customers: If you are already a LG U+ electronic document customer, you can use the service immediately after installing the app.
- New e-document customers: If you are not a member, you can use it after registering as a member on the LG U+ e-document website. (Homepage address: http://edocu.uplus.co.kr)
[Service main functions]
1. Contract inquiry
- Sent Inbox: You can view/confirm and electronically sign the contract issued to the contract partner.
- Inbox: You can view/confirm the contract received from the contracting party and sign electronically/by hand.
- Completed archive: You can view/confirm contract documents that have been signed by all contracting parties.
2. Write a contract
- You can create a contract by selecting a contractor using the contract form registered on the web.
- Form registration is not supported on mobile. You can use it by registering on the website.
3. Tax invoice inquiry
- You can view/confirm issued sales/purchase (tax) invoices.
- You can approve reverse-issued tax invoices.
- Supports email/fax transmission function.
4. Issuance of tax invoice
- Sales/purchase (tax) invoices can be issued with an electronic signature.
5. Notification settings
- You can check the progress of each step of the electronic contract document in real time by setting up push notifications.
6. Notice
- You can check service announcements.

- This application was released after conducting sufficient document sending and document receiving tests on Android smartphones. However, a functional error may occur on certain smartphones, so in this case, please contact customer service (1644-7882).
- When using the "U+ Electronic Documents" app through a mobile communication network (3G, 4G, etc.), data call charges may be incurred depending on the type of mobile carrier plan you subscribe to.
- In order to use the electronic signature function of “U+ Electronic Document,” a public certificate must be installed on your mobile device.
- To import a public certificate to your mobile phone, install the "Korea Information Certification (KICASign)" app, access the Korea Information Certification certificate management page (http://www.signgate.com) on your PC, and click "Copy certificate for smartphone." You can use the function. Please refer to the website for detailed explanation.
