Service Introduction
- This is a smartphone remote control app that allows you to control U+tv with your smartphone.
- You can watch TV smarter with various functions such as channel switching, volume control, earphone listening, voice recognition, and text input.
※ Please make sure the set-top box is directly connected to the U+ Wi-Fi router. If you connect a set-top box and a Wi-Fi router using a home gateway, you cannot connect the remote control app and U+tv.
main function
- Simple remote control: Simple remote control functions such as channel switching, volume control, search, etc.
- Search: Search content through text input or voice recognition (Only Clova search is available. Netflix and YouTube are not supported)
- Listening with earphones: Connect earphones to your smartphone and watch TV quietly by yourself
Supported devices
- Available set-top boxes: tvG, UHD, Woofer, Woofer IoT
- Available Internet: U+ Wi-Fi router
- Available smartphones for U+, SKT, KT subscribers
(However, you must use a U+ Wi-Fi router for Wi-Fi.)
U+tv remote control app access rights
1. Required permissions
- To use the service, you must agree to the app's access to the following functions.
- Phone: Used to check whether there is a call when running earphone listening.
- Location: Used to find a list of accessible Internet wireless routers.
- Bluetooth: Used to connect U+tv and the remote control app in situations where Wi-Fi connection is not available.
2. Permission to choose
- You can use the service even if the following permissions are denied.
- Microphone: Required for voice search.

블루투스 안되는 셋탑인데 초기 화면에서 블루투스 검색이 안된다고 앱 진입이 안되네요 잘쓰다가 갑자기 버전 올라가고 그런거 같은데...블루투스없이 쓸수 있게 해주새요
