Absolutely horrible customer service. OSCAR HENRIQUEZ I opened an account and went to make my very first purchase via ATM machine. The purchase would not go through, and the ATM machine gave me a comm error....TWICE. I tried to visit a second location but my LibertyX account was suspended. I email customer service and their response was that they couldn't tell me WHAT or WHY, but that they could do no further business with me, and will offer no further information about the issue. THANK YOU!

good at first then abruptly LOCKED MY ACCOUNT FOREVER. they went from the only app I did crypto business with, after over 40 transactions buying and selling Bitcoin, to have my account locked for "24" hours but really it's been over a month and I'm still locked out with no response from support. BACK TO COINFLIP I GO PEACE

this app sucks when it comes to verification I wasted 30 minutes using their methods, the limit went up once which means it was approved, but it asks again don't waste your time until they fix the bug this day marks the day of proof their verification programming isn't effectient
