This is one of the worst apps for insurance payments; it frequently has bugs and never works properly. Why don't they thoroughly test the application before releasing it to the public? they never learn

very poor app, no displays of data , crash frequently. LIC need to step up to the digital technology.

It never worked for me. One transaction got failed after that I tried multiple times but it always says to wait for 30 minutes. Worst app.
