I wish I could give it zero stars. The experience using this app was terrible; the functions aren't working properly. I was trying to use this app to upload a life certificate, but every time it got stuck when taking a selfie. It shows that the app needs camera permissions, but when you go to the app details in the phone, camera permissions aren't listed. The funny thing is that there is no other way to deal with this issue.

The App requires so much information to create an account to access an existing LIC account that I just dumped and uninstalled it. The SMS from LIC says just enter mobile number, email ID, and PAN card, but the app wants your birthdate, policy number, installment payment amount, and passport number in addition to the above. To avoid fraud can't LIC check against their records for PAN, email, and phone with 2 factor authorization? So beaurocratic!

App is not working most of the time showing 'technical issue' error. Least user friendly app I have ever seen. Useless app. Waste of time and efforts. Dysfunctional app caused delay is premium payments multiple times, and it incurred late fees.
