Bakwas app, every time it take more than 5 minutes to show login window and then it says case sensitive even you use all in lower case.....policies are not showing benefits....

This is one of the worst apps for insurance payments; it frequently has bugs and never works properly. Why don't they thoroughly test the application before releasing it to the public? they never learn

It never worked for me. One transaction got failed after that I tried multiple times but it always says to wait for 30 minutes. Worst app.
