DEADLINE TRACKING
- Enter a project with its first and last furnishing dates and LienWarden computes the deadlines that apply in that state: preliminary notice, notice of intent, lien recording, lien enforcement and payment bond claim.
- Deadline rules are built in for all 50 states.
- Every deadline is shown with the days left and a color band, so the ones about to expire stand out.
- Alerts at 60, 30 and 7 days out, with a drafted action notice for each one.

GET PAID
- Prepare a preliminary notice, a notice of intent to lien, or a payment demand letter from the project facts you enter.
- Review the full document on screen before anything is sent.
- Paid plans include email delivery of the document in your business name, with replies going straight to you.
- USPS Certified Mail with tracking is available on the website for a flat fee per letter.

QUICKBOOKS
- Connect QuickBooks Online and open invoices become tracked projects with lien deadlines computed from the invoice dates.
- QuickBooks Desktop is supported through the Web Connector, set up from a computer.

FREE LOOKUP
- Search public contractor-license registries for upcoming license, bond and insurance renewals in the states that publish that data.

Your first active project is free. Paid plans add more projects, exact deadline dates, full document preparation and email delivery, and are purchased on the website at lienwarden.com. Nothing is sold inside this app.
