This app is frustrating and unpleasant to use, and its guidance is questionable. When tracking "sugar," it makes no distinction between naturally occurring sugars in fruit or dairy vs added sugars. The logging process is really frustrating. If you make a meal for lunch, eat half of it, and want to log it for dinner, you have to re-log it twice from scratch. You can save recipes, but that's impractical to do for every random recipe that I might split over 2 meals.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and want to help! Your coach can customize sugar guidelines, and saved meals can be logged in multiple places with one click. Tutorials and resources are also available in the app. Please email trevor@lifebasesolutions.com with your coach’s name, and I’ll ensure you have everything you need. – Trevor

Two stars because the app won't stop asking me to rate it. Super annoying. Also, because it incorrectly reports Sodium in grams. Grams! So it tells me that I'm 1 KILOGRAM over on Sodium some days. Would be nice you have a one-touch, on home screen button to scan a barcode. As it is, the scan button in the app is too buried, and the button is too small, and the app waits to load too much before I can click on the scan.

We appreciate your feedback. We are aware of the kg sodium bug and are working on a fix. Scan button for foods is a great idea! We need the scan button on the page/meal where we enter food, but having a scan option on the home page to quickly look up food is a good idea. A ton of room to improve. The recents should be for every meal, not just the specific meal you are looking at. Any food you save to a group goes all the way to the bottom of the list making it difficult to get to again. You can only scroll numbers, you can't enter them manually. So getting to 300g of chicken takes 3.5 minutes. If you can favorite an individual food versus a whole meal, the ability is well hidden. Foods need verification. Chicken vs. Chicken breast shouldn't be highly dif macros.
