Maddening. Seems impossible to get a diagnosis after three hours back and forth.. I signed up for text- based service and then get invited to video consult but no one is there. Still not getting any help ..

I added this app to my phone and it took over my entire screen. Most of my apps were deleted from the main screen. They all changed colors and sizes. I had to delete it just to use my phone.

Frustrating and mad. Stay away. You have to see a consult before you can order meds. The schedule is weeks out and no meeting. Wasted time, best to use other service provider.
