LifeSpark works with schools and nonprofits to address the teen mental health crisis at scale. We combine coaching and technology to get the best of human coaching with the technology providing a scalable way to manage coaching for thousands of teens while still personalising the experience and tracking individual progress. The same app is used by the teen, the parent and the coach to centralise all coaching, communication and measurement for convenience and accuracy.
