What’s new

- New: Custom rest duration — pick any value from 5s to 10m
- New: Set Records on each exercise — see your best weight at every rep count
- Fix: Rest timer shows the default duration after it finishes (was 0:00)
- Fix: Personal records now use your strongest lifts (1RM + per-rep), not total volume. PR list is rebuilt on first open.
