Junk app, stuck in a 2FA loop, app logs you out each time you have to get the code from external app to enter. Logs you out and you have to have another code sent, then logs you out again, rinse repeat. Have had nothing but issues since the Alerus buyout, they can rarely get anything right with what they do. I have spent hours with their customer support trying to regain access to my accounts after the transition. Support is great, the company behind them not so much.

Love how they tell you and not tell you have to download a different app to see your stuff. Instead of fixing the app, just start another one. I'VE HAD 3 APPS NOW. THANKS GUYS!!! Most apps have updates, but not you.

Got this to budget finances for my alerus bank account, because most of their old connections with other similar services are depricated. This route is a bust too, it seems half done. There's some budgeting features within the app, but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to just categorize the transactions on my alerus account so I can actually budget. Considering leaving alerus b/c needing to download and reupload transactions manually is not the move in 2025.
