Can login online with no problem but everytime I try using the app, it tells me my information is incorrect. Tried uninstalling but still doesn't work.

To login you need to use your default username: first initial and last name, and the last four digits of our ss# (e.g l., jsmith1234) the password will be 2013. When you reset password the username remains the same.

Works well, certainly better than the manual process.
