Paychex Benefit Account

The PBA Mobile App is available for all Paychex Benefit Account subscribers. To access the app for the first time, follow these steps to obtain the unique mobile user name/password combination, which is stored for you within your online account:

1. Log on to the Paychex Flex web portal.
2. Select Benefits Account (FSA) to get to the Paychex Benefit Account Home page.
3. Click Download Mobile App from the Message Center to access your mobile app initial login information.

Note: If you access your Paychex Benefit Account by going to, you will be able to use your standard Paychex Benefit Account login info to access the app for the first time.

Available features will vary and are dependent upon your employer’s plan options.
