Ratings and reviews

The worst app ever, compared to other bank apps, Paychex is a childish app, sends you random text messages every time you log in, if you use it to track the daily time, guess how annoying it is. Navigation is poor, hitting back will log you out, really? And you cannot navigate between days, instead you have to go back and forth. Whoever approved this app is not using it at all.

A pain in the butt. Half the time, it takes forever to log in, or you have to try multiple times because it won't go anywhere. Then forget about "Remember this device" because it doesn't. You check that box, and you still have to go through getting verification codes sent to your device over and over and over again. It has some nice features. but overall, it needs some more work. Add that to the fact you get solicitation emails because of them.

Now I know why this app has so many negative reviews. I have, continually, experienced a failure on their end as each time I have tried to log in, I'm supposed to receive a text code. I don't have them blocked, so I'm supposed to sit and wait for them to send me a code?! I never did receive it from them... NEVER! They fail horribly with this. Fix this problem... NOW!
