App takes more time and effort than submitting via email because you could submit I think 5 claims at once where this requires each be done individually. There are good points. Being able to take a picture of the receipt is very convenient. Submitting anytime from a mobile device is convenient in theory. Payments are issued quicker than before. The app often crashes and could be more user-friendly. Claims have been rejected that are identical to ones that had always been accepted in the past.

App crashes a lot when viewing receipts you upload. The pull down menus don't have enough categories so you have to describe. The auto EOB scanner doesn't include enough Vision and Dental so you end up having to do it manually. The app logs in on my phone but can't using exact same login on my computer. This vendors online offerings are dated and breaking. Says I didn't answer one of my security quests and to call them which I did, answer my questions over the phone, tried later, still broken.
