It literally doesn't work anymore for some odd reason. 2026 update: it's still a struggle to even open the app without it getting stuck on a white screen after that GenAI abomination holding a Ramadan lantern shows up (here's an idea: use the loads of cash we give you daily to hire an actual animator to do that for you maybe?), nevermind actually make any kind of purchase.

You KYC step is very very unnecessary and more annoying when the customer service support is very slow to verify... Do something about this please!!! You can ask for KYC for any amount bigger than 1500. No need to go through all these stress just to purchase 500aed worth of gift card. Fix this please

Very disappointing experience. I paid for a digital card, payment went through, and they still have my money with no delivery and no refund. Support replies are generic and useless, with zero ownership or care. I bought the same item from another store using the same card in one click with no issues. This feels like a scam, not a technical issue. Avoid!
