Ratings and reviews

I have had nothing but problems with this app for the last several weeks. I request a cab to a specific place and it does not arrive until I call an operater. I request to speak to the driver and and am not transferred, the call is dropped. Calls requestiong pickup go to completely different address. Also when the AI person asks if you want to speak to your driver that call is dropped. Your app does not work for me. I put in my phone number and check off I am human, Enter code sent, says incor

latest update completely wiped my information and wants me to put in my phone number and email address and use a confirmation text, making this app less convenient than ordering an uber or a lyft instead. I will be using Uber or lyft instead. Don't make people complete a sign up more than once, especially not a multi-step process with no option to use a quick sign in.

Abuse of push notifications as ads, with no mechanism for turning the ads off. As a result, you must revoke the permission entirely, leaving you without urgent pickup notifications when your driver arrives. Edit, to the GEYC team: Disabling and re-enabling permissions in system settings is a non-solution to the user story.
