Ratings and reviews

I have had nothing but problems with this app for the last several weeks. I request a cab to a specific place and it does not arrive until I call an operater. I request to speak to the driver and and am not transferred, the call is dropped. Calls requestiong pickup go to completely different address. Also when the AI person asks if you want to speak to your driver that call is dropped. Your app does not work for me. I put in my phone number and check off I am human, Enter code sent, says incor

5/5 for the Ui of app. But 1/5 for customer service from the incredibly rude drivers. This is why Uber & Lyft are taking over! I was at city centre trying to go to Nav.Cntr when 1 of 4 cars - #100 almost ran me over once he realized I was only going a short distance the next 3 cars all had trouble finding me even though I was standing right where the cabs standby outside shoppers. The dispatcher wouldn't even offer me a discount & even tried sending 100 again after I told her he squealed off b4

This app sends too many notifications that are commercial in nature. I only need notification for when my cab has arrived.
