Sugestions. Allow copy throughout the app (android), like names, addresses, etc. Lots of times the stop, DO or pick up locations are not placed in the correct area and they cannot be copied, giving drivers room for mistakes when typing the info into another app. HIGHLIGHT SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS at the beginning top area to be seen right away, avoiding problems. Having a checked luggage and carryon count instead can be very helpfull on timing cubside pick ups, schedulles and mistakes on vehic. type

More times than not the app doesn't work (Android) causing me to have to restart my phone to make it work; it is the only affiliate app I use that fails more often than it works. The app wastes my time by requiring me to input information that is already there: if Limolink has to babysit chauffeurs via the app perhaps they should use better vendors.

App consistently doesn't work, drains battery very quickly and requires you to power cycle your device
