Ratings and reviews

I can't comment on how well the app books flights as mine was booked as part of a multi airline trip. The app correctly displays its share of the trip. It does not allow you to get a seat assignment, nor does it display the seat assignment once you get one. That can only be done by contacting Egyptair's help desk by phone. And that can take over an hour just to get connected as you sit in an endless phone queue listening to 10,000 messages about how eager they are to serve you.

Absolutely horrible airlines! You can easily book a flight online, but you can NEVER change dates, ask for refund, etc Online. You have to go to their office only for such actions. Calling them doesn't work because they either don't pick up the phone or the numbers provided are fake! And it's not cheap! Would not recommend it even for my enemies!

I will choose the days of travel, enter the information, and proceed to the payment stage. In the end, payment is not accepted. Note that I use a Visa card for more than 4 attempts and it fails. When I go out and try to rebook, I find that the price for returning has increased by 2 thousand euros. Does this make sense for more than two days? The price is as it is and when we book.
