App doesn't work. I get an error message saying something went wrong. I tried restarting my phone with same result. I then removed the app and tried downloading again and still get the same error message. It would be great if I could actually use the app. Phone: Samsung S20 Ultra

The apps has a beautiful design, although it has some negative points: 1- when you open the app with your membership number, it shows you what do you need to see, once you leave the page, you need to re-enter the membership number and password. 2- you can't claim for the missing miles from it, you need to go to the website????!!!. 3- each icon is separate from the other, you feel like you will enter to another app. In my opinion if I login to the app I should remain logged, even if I change icon
