Ratings and reviews

I can't comment on how well the app books flights as mine was booked as part of a multi airline trip. The app correctly displays its share of the trip. It does not allow you to get a seat assignment, nor does it display the seat assignment once you get one. That can only be done by contacting Egyptair's help desk by phone. And that can take over an hour just to get connected as you sit in an endless phone queue listening to 10,000 messages about how eager they are to serve you.

I tried to make a booking with this app only to find out that Nigeria is not on the list. I have used Egypt Air some couple of times using their approved booking agency in abuja. however they over charge so much that you re better off booking your flight yourself. not allowing us to do so suggests complicity with the booking agency so that Nigerians are over charged. I have stayed in Egypt before and have a soft spot for that country. However, seeing all the reviews I am so disappointed.

I spent 1 hour to find my boarding passes and failed. Despite the fact that I created an account, made a successful check-in and created some discount card I was not able to display my boarding passes.
