Ratings and reviews

I can't comment on how well the app books flights as mine was booked as part of a multi airline trip. The app correctly displays its share of the trip. It does not allow you to get a seat assignment, nor does it display the seat assignment once you get one. That can only be done by contacting Egyptair's help desk by phone. And that can take over an hour just to get connected as you sit in an endless phone queue listening to 10,000 messages about how eager they are to serve you.

Egyptair is not a trusted airline. i don't recommend it to anyone. they canceled my booking on march due to reasons they didn't explain and till this day they didn't refund me. i tried everything, but they put you in loop of ongoing emails and unclear process. try someone else. my advice

I will choose the days of travel, enter the information, and proceed to the payment stage. In the end, payment is not accepted. Note that I use a Visa card for more than 4 attempts and it fails. When I go out and try to rebook, I find that the price for returning has increased by 2 thousand euros. Does this make sense for more than two days? The price is as it is and when we book. They do not accept and change the price. I tried again and found the price written at the top, and price go change
