I cannot use the Application at all, it says "Currently our system has a problem and is unable to process your request" Clear Cache, Reinstall, Update, force stop, reloaded still doesn't work, it probably because hardware / software compatibility issue. My device's: ITEL P55 5G, Android 13.

just sharing have a bad experience, i've been bought Tri's internet quota with the Bima Tri application, the payment was successful but the internet quota still not added yet (still 0 GB). all Tri's contact center numbers have been contacted all day, but there is no response until now. this was not the first time, this incident was happen before several times, but this time i think i have to publish this cases. anyway Tri's internet connection quality often unstable. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Hi Mr/Mrs, sorry about the Tri network issue. We recommend activating airplane mode for 1-2 minutes first, then deactivating it. Restart your phone and move your SIM card to another phone. For problems with data package purchases not coming through, you can WhatsApp 628999800123, type "Chat," click "Agent 3Care," and select "Other." Thank^Nay

I can't see the Data information, kept asking me to reload even tho the connection is fine and all, I can't tell how much I have even tho I just bought a new data

Make sure when checking your quota you use the Tri network (not using WIFI/other operator networks), you can also do it via SMS format, type INFO KUOTA send to 234 and press *888*8# select Check Quota. For more information, you can WhatsApp 628999800123 typing "Chat" click "3Care Agent" then select "Tri Card". Thank^Ane
