Whatever update happened I can't even log in now. Hit the sign in button and nothing. Also when I was able to access the app the filters on the lunches are annoying. Just let me see the whole lunch being served without having to select "lines" FIX ASAP! 1/6/26 update: Had been working great for a couple years, now having issues again. Can't login, just loads back to login screen repeatedly.

Hello - thanks for reaching out. We did have a short degradation in service which has since been resolved. You should be all set now.

Apparently an "upgrade" from the Titan app previously, and touted as being better and more streamlined. Right off the bat, no biometric login option like Titan had. Besides that, it essentially looks the same as titan did, so not sure the reason to change or what's drastically different. Also had to hit "log out" twice as the first time I tried, it just sat there for a few seconds, then went back to my dashboard.

The app functions more like a webpage, making it difficult to navigate. It requires maneuvering through several pages before actually getting to your dashboard. Transactions are not detailed at all, only showing that there was one; there is no price, item or time information. If i am missing something about transaction info, i am happy yo stand corrected. The dashboard contains so much junk that should have disappeared after any initial tutorial. It's all around terrible.
