Great app when it actually works. App kicked me out when I was love chatting with a representative to troubleshoot the reason why I kept getting an error for "technical hiccups". I hit "Try again" twice and then couldn't type anymore despite getting messages from the representative and had to hit "Restart" which made have to start the whole process over. You can also never see what you're typing to the representative. UI needs work.

About 2 years ago the app stated all is well with my internet connection yet I had to have my modem replaced. I've since moved and the troubleshooting features are still not helpful since ATT had to send a technician to assist with installing new equipment. The customer service personnel and technicians are wonderful but the app.....nooo
