Doesn't work. Been trying to set up wifi myself for hours now. Walk through showed two plugs for router, but only one was included. And instructions are incorrect. I'm not switching from one router to another, this is my first one. I've been waiting to talk to AT&T on the phone for over 40 minutes and no one has picked up the phone! And the original message said it would tale 6 minutes. So far, I'm not liking AT&T. 😕

App is glitches, can't always access profiles. Lack of ability to have reliable control of who is accessing the internet and when. Downtime schedule is a nice idea, but sometimes it needs changed due to schedule changes during the week/weekend. Being able to set different times for each day would be more helpful, and I'm not talking about just being able to turn it off for the weekend.

Sorry to hear you are having issues connecting. If possible can you attempt to unplug your gateway for 30 second from power then plug it back in to see if that corrects the issue. If it does not contact us at with the user id you are using to login with and the ticket number a0188. We would like to help.

Pleasure to work with! It's let's me see all devices on my network and even which ones to prioritize for best connection. I can pause devices and deny access to others as well. It lets me know when I have weak spots and even channel scan for better capabilities. I love the ease at which I can find what I need when I need it.
