So far, so good. The only thing is the app didn't work at first and was stuck on 3 minutes to complete. Well, after 10 minutes I connected the computer to the wifi and it worked. Then, I connected the TV downstairs to it, and it worked. So even though it had me call for an error, the internet air worked. It's so great to finally not have a 6mbps internet even though I live across the street from City Hall that has access to high-speed fiber internet from 2 companies.

Amazing customer service. Wifi could not be found under available devices, so I call support and got the AI assistant after doing all of the things. Unplugging for 15 seconds, restarting using the app multiple times. I requested an operator and got Samantha, who was kind and calm. She found the problem and made everything go back to normal. Thank you Samantha, cause I have a paper to submit and you helped make that possible.

This app gives people a false sense of comfort. It appears to execute scripts that reset their WiFi. This is a temporary fix. It rarely resolves the issue 100%. I love how the customer service & field reps constantly recommend the use of this app only for the app to redirect you to a human after it can't resolve the issue. It is a vicious circle. I swapped my modem out using the app. Each time I logged back into the app, it told me to start the process again.
