Absolutely pointless app now. All the DIY tools have been taken away and it forces you to use a virtual assistant, which wastes time and generally doesn't resolve the issues. Save yourself the time and just power your router on and off because that's ALL the "virtual assistant" can tell you. Another example of AI being forced on consumers, when all I wanted was a Pepsi. But they sure try and sell you the "armor" service, which you absolutely do not need. Deleting and finding another useful app.

Insecure design, always shows passwords in clear, no warning⚠️ I had AT&T tech come in to troubleshoot. He changed the hardware(router and modem) and asked me to double check it on this app. I opened it and boom! - my custom password is no longer a secret!! He was also surprised, he thought it would have the default WiFi name and password instead of what I had setup on the previous router. I had to go and change WiFi password on so many devices because the app doesn't follow basic security.

5 months I have been back and forth with att air reps, which ironically do not align with normal a t t reps. My app is having an issue because I also have six lines wireless, when I log on to the smart home manager, if I try to check the internet speed from the router to my device, or if I try to check for weak spots within my wifi, it tells me that I need to hook up to the main wifi. I am, they said the app is just that way!! I can't find mesh wifi adapters since weak spot tool is inop.
