App is helpful but sometimes very aggravating. I love that I have the choice to cut off TV to devices especially when you have children and want to make a routine with screen time. You can also weekend devices are added to your wifi, and block or prioritize devices. BUT when trying to change schedule or delete a schedule, it will not load changes. It is a pretty consistent issue with the app, not the wifi. The chat option has never been helpful.

It's an okay app. I was on the phone with this woman for an hour and she could not give me the Device Code Access info. It's not on the internet Air router. It's kind of strange that right at 8pm she said it'll work in about 1 hour and for me to try again then and ended the call. They close at 8pm. Coincidence? I think not. But the app is decent and although it doesn't let me into the advanced settings, it does let you change the name and password etc.

no way to disable wifi (I have my own router)... asked in the app's chat, all it would say is "let's finish troubleshooting first, a dispatch fee may apply" um, not for asking a question when I already said I don't have a problem... so I ask it to connect me to a human, it gives me the phone number for dispatch instead of customer service, says it will connect me to chat... but the chat never connects... I wish I could uninstall this app, because it's so aggressive about making things hard to do

You will have to go directly into the router and turn off the wifi. This setting is not exposed in Smart Home Manager. You should be able to got the gateway settings by clicking on your router, then scrolling down to Advanced settings. You will have to be on your routers network to do this. Then turn off the routers wifi in those screens.
