Very difficult to pay pament by this application. Need to improve. We can't pay by any other wallet also. In this time all payment done by online. So i am not satisfy with your application or online payment system. I am trying from last 3 or 4 day but not done. And in this the due date is going. I have also try to connect with your customer care number but no body is giving answer .

The app starts misfunctioning. It doesn't load. It doesn't work properly, and while trying for online payment, there is always a fear of losing money. In this advanced age of AI, such apps should be discouraged, or the company should take the initiative to update the app. Customer satisfaction should be in top priority, please
